By creating an account or using any part of CSE Prep Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

CSE Prep Platform is an independent educational platform that provides practice questions, mock examinations, study tools, and analytics to help individuals prepare for the Philippine Civil Service Examination.

Important Disclaimer: CSE Prep Platform is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Civil Service Commission of the Philippines (CSC). We are an independent educational service.

To access premium features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at examsurvival@gmail.com
• Not share your account with others or allow simultaneous access from multiple users
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Premium access requires a paid subscription billed monthly at the rate shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

All content on CSE Prep Platform — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, study guides, mock exam materials, and software — is the intellectual property of CSE Prep Platform and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial study purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any platform content
• Share login credentials to allow others to access paid content
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract content
• Create derivative works based on our content without written permission

When using our platform, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure
• Any specific score improvement or exam result will be achieved through use of the platform
• Content is 100% aligned with the current CSE examination format (CSC may change the exam at any time)

CSE Prep Platform is an independent study aid. Actual examination results depend on many factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, CSE Prep Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to pass the Civil Service Examination.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
