Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of CSE Prep Platform. If you subscribe and are not satisfied with what you find, we will issue a full refund of your subscription payment — provided you request it within 7 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It is designed for new subscribers who want to try the platform risk-free.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of your subscription start date
• This is your first subscription payment — renewal payments are not eligible
• Your account is not found to have violated our Terms of Service
• The request is made by the registered account holder

To request a refund, send an email to examsurvival@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address registered to your account
• The date you subscribed
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.

Once your refund request is approved:

• Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
• The refund will be processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Your account will revert to Free tier access upon refund approval.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The 7-day refund window has passed
• The request is for a monthly renewal payment (not the initial subscription)
• The account has been suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• Failure to pass the Civil Service Examination — our platform is a study aid and results depend on individual effort and many factors outside our control

Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current paid period. No refund is issued for unused days.

Refund within 7 days returns your payment and immediately ends premium access.
