Common Issues

I can't log in to my account

First, check that you're using the correct email address. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If the issue persists, email us with your registered email address and we'll verify your account.

My payment went through but my account is still Free

Subscription activation may take up to 5 minutes after payment. Try logging out and back in. If your account is still not upgraded after 10 minutes, email us with your payment confirmation and registered email — we'll activate your account manually within the hour.

I want to cancel my subscription

Email us at examsurvival@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and your registered email address. We'll cancel your subscription immediately. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

I found an incorrect answer or question error

We appreciate your attention to detail! Please email us the question code (visible in the question interface), the subject/topic, and what you believe is incorrect. We review all reports and correct errors promptly.

The platform is slow or not loading properly

Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. The platform works best on modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). If you continue experiencing issues, email us with your browser version and a description of the problem.

I want to change my exam track (Professional / Sub-Professional)

Exam track is set during registration. To change it, contact us at examsurvival@gmail.com with your registered email and the track you want to switch to. We'll update it for you.
